How do I make a booking?

To make a booking, call us through the contact us button on the website to make a time. If you have already purchased an experience from a third-party vender, then you still must make a call to book in a timeslot. Payment may be made in advance through a third-party vender or by Bank Transfer, Cash or EFTPOS on the day of your booking.

How realistic is the simulator?

The simulator follows physical and control qualities to absolute realism and mimic’s the A320 flight characteristics. All systems are now operational and we are completely capable of realistic flight simulation!

What are your opening hours?

We are open 9am-5pm, Wed-Sun.

Any occasion where we must cease simulator operations shall be announced on the front page of our website and also on our Instagram account which we recommend you follow to keep up to date with events, sales and interruptions. Click the instagram icon in the top right next to the contact us button for a redirect to our page.

Is the simulator disability friendly?

Absolutely. Our simulator and location are mobility-aid accessible with seats for family, friends and carer’s. People of all ages and ability are welcome and encouraged to take the left seat for an affordable experience of a lifetime. At Flight Deck Experience we aim at providing an all inclusive atmosphere in which anyone with the desire to fly may have their fair shot in the simulator.

How much does it cost?

Unlike our competitors within the simulation industry, our stand alone A320 has been priced reasonably with a belief that all should be able to access such an experience.
